My Skillset
I use evidence-based approaches and draw from narrative therapy, EMDR, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT) and mindfulness-based self-compassion. I’m also informed by attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology, which help me understand how our relationships and experiences shape us.
